NOTD: Essie Nothing Else Metals
Essie’s Nothing Else Metals is described as a lilac colour, but to me it’s very subtle (in fact I only noticed it’s lilac tone when I was outside). It looks purple in the bottle, but can be more of a subtle pink once applied on the nails (depending on the lighting).
These metallic colours from the new collection are all very similar, the formulation is great, it’s opaque in one coat, dries fast, and is super shiny. I feel like I have tin foil on my nails when I sport these hues. I wasn’t blown away by Nothing Else Metals in the bottle (it looks darker than it s in the bottle) but it’s really pretty once applied on the nails.
I used Seche Vite base coat underneath with Poshe’s top coat on top. These last a couple days before minimal chipping starts.
If you like pinks and purples I would pick this up. Like I mentioned in my Essie Mirror Metallics post, I wasn’t impressed with these when I first got the bottles, but once applied they are unlike anything I have ever tried.
Have you tried Essie’s Nothing Else Metals? What were your thoughts?
