When it comes to brows, one brand that rules the game is definitely Benefit Cosmetics.
As much as they are the brow authority in the beauty world (they even have pop ups in Sephora stores where you can get your brows waxed and perfected), I actually haven’t tried many Benefit brow products… until now.
Recently, the brand expanded the shade range on their popular Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil to include four new shades to cater to cool blonde, auburn, and grey/cool black hair. This brings the shade range up to 12 colours to suit just about any brow colour.
One of these new shades is 3.75, warm medium brown, which suits my brows perfectly. Now you guys know I actually had microblading done late last year, so although I don’t typically fill in my brows on a daily basis, if I am doing my makeup for an event or a night out, then I’ll grab my brow pencil. Just because you have your brows microbladed, doesn’t mean that there won’t be some slight fading, which is why I highly recommend just investing in a brow pencil to even out any sparsity that may appear.
Anyways, back to the brows, the Goof Brow Eyebrow Pencil is actually Canada’s number-one prestige brow product and features a spoolie on one end and the retractable pencil on the other. The pencil itself features a slanted tip to precisely sculpt out the brow shape, making it easy to achieve perfect brows quickly. As for the formula itself, this product is super creamy and I find that it really is the perfect formula to give you amazing-looking brows. I can definitely see why this is so popular here in Canada.
I have tried out a lot of different brow pencils, gels, and powders, but this has quickly become my new go-to must-have product for the brows. The colour glides on and the shape of the pencil itself makes it super easy to fill them in. The pencil is also waterproof and promises a 12-hour wear (which honestly, I probably have gotten a longer wear out of this since it stays on so well).
Now that the shade range has expanded to include more options for blondes, brunettes, and auburns, I highly recommend checking this pencil out for the ultimate product for creating the perfect eyebrow.
What’s your go-to brow product?
