Impressive tips! imPRESS Press-On Manicure

impress title

I am a nail freak. With as many polishes I have (easily over 100), I am constantly changing up my polish.  Now because I am always sporting something on my nails, the chemicals have taken quite a beating on my real nails, leaving me with nails that chip and often peel.

When I want to give my tips a breather, I will often put on nail strips or press-on nails to let them grow out.  I have tried a variety of different press-on nails and depending on the brand, they either work great or fall off after a couple days.  I recently received the imPRESS Press-On manicure by Broadway Nails from my Influenster Vox Box and I was so excited to give them a try.

I received the patterns Over the Moon, a pink leopard, and Dancing Queen, black and white zebra.  I also have Lovestruck from a previous Voxbox.  You get 24 nails in 12 different sizes making them wearable for everyone.  Because they are press on there is no drying time, all you do is find the nail suitable to your your nail size, remove the plastic on the back and then press them on.  That’s it!  They are billed to last up to 10 days.

I chose to try out Over the Moon first and I have to say that I got tons of compliments on them.  In fact, most people thought they were just nail stickers, I had to explain that they were press ons and that my nail shape isn’t that nice haha.  My coworker actually went out and bought a pair for herself because she wanted nice nails too (although she ended up applying them upside down… oh well, she tried). As for wear, I only had to replace one of them before the 10 day wear, the rest held up great.

Overall I loved these.  I couldn’t help but stare at my nails a lot at first and found myself using my hands more because they made them look for pretty.  They also aren’t that long (unlike the House of Holland stiletto nails I’m currently wearing, which is making typing this blog post very difficult).

These retail for under C$10 at Wal-Mart and come in a variety of shades and sizes.

Have you tried imPRESS Press-Ons by Broadway Nails?  What were your thoughts?

Please note, I received these products in an Influenster VoxBox for editorial consideration.  All opinions are my own.
