NOTD: Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in 360 Barracuda
After falling in love with Sally Hansen’s Shell We Dance, I thought I would try another colour from their Complete Salon Manicure line. I’ve been on a huge blue kick recently so I gravitated towards Barracuda, a pale blue perfect for spring.
The colour is a gorgeous Easter blue shade that just pops on my nails. It’s a bit more flatter in colour than Shell We Dance, as in it doesn’t give you that gel-like finish that had me obsessed with the polish to begin with. I used three coats to get this colour opaque.
As for all my manis, I use OPI Nail Envy as a base and then Poshe Top Coat on top. The colour does last quite a while as I’m already on my fifth day wearing it will virtually no knicks.
The colour is gorgeous, but I feel like it’s not a unique shade. I can’t think of any dupes off the top of my head but I have a few shades from other brands that are similar. Lastly, I also wish it gave the same gel finish that I was obsessing over with Shell We Dance.
